Apple’s Co-founder, Steve Wozniak Plans to Get ‘Involved’ in Blockchain Project for the First Time.

Apple co-founder, Steve Wozniak, announced that he plans to involve himself with blockchain projects, which would be a first for him. He states this at a ChainXchange blockchain conference, which was reported by NullTX news on August 19.

From August 13-15, at the ChainXchange conference in Las Vegas, Wozniak revealed in an interview that he plans to participate in a blockchain startup, praising the benefits of the technology. He marvelled at the independence of blockchain, and how it reminded him of the early times of the internet.

Originally, bitcoin caught his attention, and he was amazed and perplexed by the concept of bitcoin, and from there, blockchain technology.

Wozniak then compared the Ethereum blockchain with Apple’s App store. He compared how both platforms enable thousands of companies and individuals to develop and run their own applications. In the interview he mentioned “Ethereum provides the tools for a blockchain application of your own… I see more people using Ethereum that way.”
